Superb 12" long model of Donald Campbell's famous record breaker `Bluebird'. The original has been salvaged from the bottom of Lake Windemere and may be restored one day.

 Bravo Delta Models are exceptional museum quality and faithfully reproduced in kiln dried Mahogany. Each is carved, joined and sanded by hand. The deep, rich finish that distinguishes these models from others is created by the application of up to 35 coats of enamel. The artist then hand paints all of the details onto each model. The final product is a beautiful authentic wooden model that is fully built and finished and packed in a strong shipping carton. Please note the model is supplied on a black base not the polished base as per the photo.

It is certified that the model is number 962 of an edition limited to a maximum of 1943 pieces worldwide . The primary sections of the model are crafted of solid mahogany and bears a brass nameplate, on the mahogany stand, signed by Rear Admiral James W. Condit, who served on the Yorktown in 1943.
