Most wooden boat kits require skill and patience in assembly. Usually the easiest to build, some are supplied with either solid or plastic ABS hulls and masts and rig are the hardest part. The most usual form of construction is plank on frame and that requires the most patience and skill.

All the current models we supply are complete with fittings, although most will require glues and finishing tools.

She was built in 1804 at Rotherhithe and commissioned for shore bombardment duties. She was over 60ft long and had a displacement of 76 tonnes. She was armed with one 10 inch mortar and four 18 pounder carronades.
