Navis Neptun 1/1250 SMS Dresden (2), a Light Cruiser, 1918 (40N)
The last German Cruiser to be completed before the end of WW1. The model makes an interesting comparison with  KMS Emden of WW2.
The 10 Coln (2) Class Light Cruisers were built to replace wartime losses but only two were completed before WW1 ended. "Dresden" (replacing the ship sunk by HMS Kent & HMS Glasgow in the South American Islands in 1915) and "Coln" (replacing the ship sunk by British Battlecruisers in 1914) were scuttled at Scapa Flow in 1919.
