The Austro-Hungarian Battleships did little during WW1 and most of the fighting was left to the cruisers and destroyers.
These ships had what other navies would have regarded as a cruiser armament and should be compared with the Second Class Battleships of other navies. The 3 sisters were ceded to Britain and France after the war and scrapped in 1920. | |
