Painted to a nondescript livery to disguise her German identity before the introduction of all gray by the Allies, she cruised round the world to Japan!
Unfortunately, she was in Yokohoma in November 1942 when the German Supply Ship Ukkermark exploded and Thor was so badly damaged that she sank! | |
