New model of the lead and name ship of the  RN's latest class of destroyers. Daring is modelled undergoing trials!
The Royal Navy's new Type 45 destroyer is designed for the air defence (AAW) role.

The Daring class will be the most advanced air-defence warship in the world. The ship's capabilities centre on the SAMPSON Multi Function Radar which can detect targets out to a distance of 400 km (250 miles) and the PAAMS missile system.
