A large and highly detailed ship kit of traditional plank on frame construction. Laser cut keel, frame and deck sections provide a strong base structure, while many fine details are supplied as castings and etches. Pre-stitched cloth sails and many thicknesses of thread for ropes and rigging are included. Containing many thousands of parts (many of them nails!) this kit is not for the faint hearted, but around half the 112 page manual contains a clear, well labelled, colour photographic step-by-step guide to construction. Although not a beginners kit the instructions, plus care and patience make construction achievable for most modellers.
