Billings St Roche (B605)
The St. Roch, a vessel built in North Vancouver in 1928 specifically for sailing in Arctic waters. It was the first ship to sail through the North-West Passage from the Pacific to the Atlantic. In the summer of 1944 the St. Roch sailed from Halifax to Vancouver, thereby becoming the first ship to complete the journey in both directions.

The Billing Boats kit of the St Roch features: This kit features: plank on frame construction, laser cut plywood keel and frame components, wooden superstructure and decks, hull and deck fittings in brass and/or plastic, Mast and spars, rigging cord in various sizes. The instruction booklet is very detailed, taking you through every step of construction.
